join us on the stunning coast of croatia for daily vinyasa and meditation with katelyn ryan, and challenge yourself with daily outings and local activities. our tour starts with two nights in historic Split, followed by a ferry journey for a three night stay on stunning hvar island, before traveling back for a one night stay in medievel Trogir.
an epic chance to try new things with others while embracing the natural beauty and outdoor adventures of the adriatic coastline. this retreat will provide a welcome balance of yoga and wellness, with ample time for exploration, and reflection. included: six nights accommodations, in-country transfers, daily yoga and meditation, daily breakfast, four group dinners, split palace and market tour, biking to Bene beach, and island hike. a la carte options: Diving school on site, rock climbing, kayaking, vineyard tour arranged by our local guide

day 1: arrival in Split- settle in to our private villa apartments, before gathering for group dinner and welcome circle, followed by restorative yoga.
day 2: morning practice, followed by breakfast, then head off to tour 1700-year-old Diocletian’s Palace and take in Split’s daily market before biking to Bene beach and Marjan Hill. traditional Croatian meal out on the town together.
day 3: we embark for Havr on the morning ferry, and settle in to our island bay oasis. a long practice, then time to explore the beach and bay before our group venture to explore town, shopping and early dinner on your own in small groups.
day 4: morning yoga by the pool, followed by a hike up to Havr’s fortress and lunch on your own in town, or optional add-on kayaking outing, diving or spa service. a group tour to the vineyards and olive fields is next, closing the day together with a family style homecooked dinner.
day 5: morning yoga, followed by paddle boarding or add-on activity – rock climbing, diving or spa service. relax or explore for the afternoon before our group farewell dinner on the town in Havr
day 6: embark for the mainland, and an overnight stay near medieval Trogir town, arriving with plenty of time to explore the ancient alleyways of this historic village. dinner on your own in town or at our resort accomodations.
day 7: morning yoga and breakfast, before departing for travels home, or elsewhere
