the contract you signed when you signed up for the membership
yes, all autopay memberships have a 3-month initial commitment. memberships are charged on a monthly or annual basis. those memberships include: annual, $129 monthly & $79 family.
if you ever need to pause, freeze or downgrade please fill out the forms above.
to terminate or cancel, we require a 7-day notice in writing via email or cancellation form.
*please note if you terminate your membership and want to start back up again later your membership will re-enter into a new 3-month commitment.
there are no returns on memberships of any kinds.
possibly the best perk of membership… once you have clearly printed your name (with sharpie) on your mat you are welcome to keep your mat at the studio. mat storage is located:
downstairs – along the back hallway wall
upstairs – outside of the barre studio OR inside the prop closet in mandala studio
*please be aware we do bi-annual mat storage clean out. you will receive an email notice – any mats left unclaimed by the stated deadline will be donated.

once your friend books through your unique your friend will get $25 credits. Once they spend $49 at the studio you will get $10 credits
make sure you have downloaded our app. once you enter into your booking page click the Refer & Earn button directly under Balance Studio
from there you will be able to share your unique code to anyone who is brand new to balance.
