In our All Levels classes, you’ll flow through a series of postures linked by breath. The transitions are smooth and purposeful, creating a moving meditation that strengthens the body, increases flexibility, and focuses the mind. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, every posture is offered with options so you can practice at the level that feels best for you.
In the room: Expect a steady pace with time to settle into each posture, light music to support your flow, and clear guidance from your instructor to keep you safe and supported.
After class: You’ll likely notice a calmer, clearer mind, a sense of lightness in the body, and a boost in energy that carries into the rest of your day.
With consistency: You may experience improved posture, greater mobility, increased muscle tone, and an all around enhanced state of being
