Classical ballet walked so modern barre could run. Inspired by classical ballet and modern choreo this class focuses on high-repetition, low-impact movements that leave you shaking. Our highly skilled teachers create classes that are both challenging and accessible, ensuring every client gets the most out of their workout. With small class sizes, a vibrant community, and a variety of props to elevate your practice, you’ll feel supported every step of the way.
the evolution
Modern Barre has its roots in the barre method created by Lotte Berk, a dancer who adapted ballet techniques into a fitness format. Over time, this evolved into a modern, high-energy workout that combines small, controlled movements with isometric holds and stretches to maximize results.
