Why Balance Classical Pilates Equipment Membership?

We provide a targeted training session, with individualized attention. Our group sessions have a maximum of five participants, allowing for the best efficacy for your investment.

Through a series of precise, controlled movements, all muscle groups are targeted providing improvement to posture, functionality and flexibility. The focus required provides mindfulness practice, aiding stress and anxiety relief.

The sequencing builds intelligently with foundational exercises at the beginning and more complex exercises as you gain strength and control

Classical Pilates gives you the tools to facilitate movement from the correct muscles and work on balancing muscle strength. Pilates will provide a physical and mental foundation and can accelerate your training and recovery periods as your body will work more safely and efficiently.

How it works:

To create a sound, safe foundation, with familiarity with our studio and the language of Classical Pilates, we require all new students to complete either three private sessions, at a discounted package rate, or to attend five of our beginner group classes. If you are experienced with Classical Pilates, you may be able to clear into classes after a single private session (based on teachers discretion).

How to book your Intro Session?

Call the studio (7-1:30 MON-SUN  4-7:30 MON-TH) or register on our Balance Studio app, select appointments, Pilates Equipment.
