CREATIVITY
before you make your vision board – do this.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been collaging.
Before I knew what meditation was, I was already obsessed with this quiet, mindful outlet — watching a blank piece of paper slowly turn into a mini masterpiece.
I’ve also been manifesting for as long as I can remember…
but that’s a longer story for another time.
At the time, I didn’t realize these two practices would shape my life so profoundly. Looking back now, it feels obvious. Whenever I slowed down. Cleared my mind. Got messy. Let creativity flow — I became unstoppable.
Art always manifested.
As I began to understand the real work of manifestation, I quickly realized that the phrase
“energy flows where intention goes”
wasn’t just a cheeky saying — it was a real-life cheat code.
When I put my mind to something, set small, intentional action steps, and stayed focused, things moved. Ideas became real.
Once again — art always manifested.
Yesterday’s Vision Board Workshop wasn’t really about the board.
It was about slowing down.
Clearing our minds.
Getting messy.
Letting our visions come to life through scraps and clippings.
We started simply — quick introductions, a few laughs, and the joy of welcoming some new faces into the room. There’s something empowering about saying your name out loud in a space where everyone showed up with intention and a shared desire for clarity.
Crystal reminded us that January isn’t about rushing — it’s about planting seeds. Loading your subconscious with gentle reminders of your why. Realigning yourself with your dreams and goals before the year fully takes shape.
The groundwork is simple — but it’s profound.
Taking a bird’s-eye view of your life. Getting honest about what you truly want. When you get clear on the intention, lay out the action steps, and bring creativity into the process, you become unstoppable.
Art will always manifest.
If you didn’t make it in person and want to create a vision board at home, below are the same prompts we used to journal, reflect, and get organized — before touching a single magazine.

Light a candle, press play on your favorite playlist and put your phone on the other side of the room 🙂
Start by taking a deep breath in. Center yourself. Lets go.
Start by defining your pillars for 2026.The pillars are the high level themes of your goals – so think, Money, Love, Travel, Entrepreneurship, Success, Health… Mine were Family, Finances, Fun
Next, your going to write one major goal under each pillar … now this is where the WORK lives.
Under every major goal your going to write the small action steps (weekly or daily) you would need to take to accomplish that goal.
Remember, this isn’t about the big leaps. January is the time for planting seeds. If you want to save 10K this year – girl, you cannot be drinking matchas all over the south shore.

Your vision board doesn’t need to be pretty.
It doesn’t need to be perfect.
And it doesn’t need to make sense to anyone – but you.
Whether you were with us yesterday or doing this from your kitchen table, we’re so proud of you for taking the time to pause and create.
That’s the practice.
Everything else comes after.
