Join Kim Dwyer and Balance Studio for a 4-day retreat designed to slowdown, deepen mindfulness, and reconnect with inner calm.
The retreat takes place on 426 acres of quiet land in the Hudson Valley, surrounded by fields of wild flowers, forests, and stunning views of the Catskills Mountains.
The retreat offers several contemplative practices like sitting meditation, mindful breathing, walking meditation, and various styles of yoga.
The intention is to soften mental tension and habitual reactivity so you can experience a quieter
and more spacious awareness.

Arrival Day

3pm ~ late lunch @ Green is Good; explore town, shopping, pier and beach.
6pm ~ family dinner @ The Inn
8pm ~ full moon circle ceremony
Day 2
7:30am ~ breathwork/meditation
8am ~ morning movement; pilates mat
9am ~ breakfast
10am ~ surfing/paddleboard, coastal hike – Coxos Trail, or the beach
1pm ~ lunch @ The Inn
2pm ~ leisure time, or visit to Obidos (Medieval Village) or Sumedharama (Buddhist Temple)
7pm ~ dinner @ Canastra
Day 3
Day Trip to Sintra
7:00am ~ breathwork/meditation
7:30am ~ morning movement; yoga
9am ~ depart for Sintra, coffee, breakfast & lunch in Sintra

Day 4
7:30am ~ breathwork/meditation
8am ~ morning movement; method
9am ~ breakfast
9/10am ~ leisure time, breakfast out ~ acai bowls & matchas ~ explore town … surf is always an option
1pm ~ lunch TBD
2pm ~ activity choice:
shuttle to Mafra, picnic, mountain bike tour back to town OR bike tour, picnic, tastings at boutique Winery, shuttle back to the inn
7pm ~ Dinner @ Tik Tak
Day 5
7:30am ~ breathwork/meditation
8am ~ morning movement; yoga
9am ~ breakfast
10am ~ beach hike along Caminos de Poesia
1pm ~ lunch @ The Inn
2pm ~ trip to local markets, vintage shops
7pm ~ Cooking Masterclass with our own Hannah McKittrick @ The Inn

farewells and departure
