This program is for practitioners who want to:

  • Understand themselves more deeply

  • Experience yoga as a living philosophy, not just something to do

  • Build a sustainable personal practice

  • Explore the nervous system and learn how to rewire your own through the body, breath, reflection, and ritual

  • Study yoga without the pressure of becoming a teacher

Topics Include:

  • Yoga philosophy (History, Yoga Sutras, Ayurveda)

  • Asana, alignment & functional movement

  • Nervous system support : Breathwork & Meditation 

  • Mudras & Mantras

  • Daily rituals, self-inquiry, and the deeper work

  • Chakra studies and energetic anatomy

  • Seva (sacred service) & off-the-mat integration

we follow a bi-weekly rhythm to support deep integration. The modules are held every other Thursday (6:30–8:30/9 PM) and every other Saturday (2 PM–4:30/5PM) at Balance Studio in Cohasset, MA.

Thursdays 
→ Study + Philosophy + Subtle Body + Inquiry

Saturdays 
→ Embodiment + Practice Lab + Integration

Program includes:

  • 26 live training sessions (in-person)

  • Guided mentorship & community support

  • Chakra-aligned workbook, homework, and rituals

  • 40-day Sadhana  + Seva Project

Each month of THE PATH is dedicated to one of the energy centers of the body, weaving together physical practice, philosophy, ritual, and integration. This energetic arc allows you to experience the fullness of yoga — body, mind, and being.

absolutely not – this is a program to study yoga. If you want to teach yoga at the end of the program additional, optional teaching mentorship is available.

no – this program is credentialed through American Yoga Council. Upon completion of this program you will receive a Yoga Practitioner Certification – a credential for students to develop a personal yoga practice

this program is rooted in svādhyāya (self-study)—the understanding that yoga is learned not through information alone, but through direct experience in the body, breath, and daily life.
