Introducing THE PATH — a reimagined, modernized, heart-led journey designed for seekers. This is for the person who doesn’t need another title—but is ready to walk the walk. Because the truth of the matter is, we are all students with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.

The world doesn’t need more yoga teachers.
It needs more embodied students.

This is not about teaching yoga. This is about living it.

THE PATH is a deeply immersive, transformative experience that blends ancient philosophy with real-world embodiment. Instead of preparing you to “teach” yoga in a studio…we prepare you to live yoga –  in your body, your relationships, your rituals, and your everyday decisions. 

So much of this practice happens off the mat, it’s your time to pull the thread and see how it’s all connected. 

You’ll  walk away with a life-long practice that holds you; a toolbox for the highs and lows of life; a lens that guides you and every choice you make; a path that changes you & creates ripples  into every corner of your life.

Each month of THE PATH is dedicated to one of the energy centers of the body, weaving together physical practice, philosophy, ritual, and integration. This energetic arc allows you to experience the fullness of yoga — body, mind, and bring. The course will meet every other Thursday and every other Saturday, January through June – and come July you will have completed your journey, ready to live your yoga off the mat.

Bi-Weekly Rhythm to Support Deep Integration

THE PATH meets every other Thursday (6:30–8:30/9 PM) and every other Saturday (2 PM–4:30/5PM) at Balance Studio in Cohasset, MA.

Program includes:

  • 24 live training sessions (in-person)

  • Guided mentorship & community support

  • Chakra-aligned workbook, homework, and rituals

  • 40-day sadhana + Seva project

What you’ll learn

This isn’t just about becoming a teacher.
It’s about becoming who you really are.

Topics Include:

  • Yoga philosophy (History, Yoga Sutras, Ayurveda)

  • Asana, alignment & functional movement

  • Nervous system support : Breathwork & Meditation 

  • Mudras & Mantras

  • Daily rituals, self-inquiry, and the deeper work

  • Chakra studies and energetic anatomy

  • Seva (sacred service) & off-the-mat integration

you don't need to be advanced. You just need to be ready.

This journey is for you if you’re:

  • A long-time student craving depth and structure

  • A seeker, healer, or creative ready to walk a sacred path

  • A yoga lover who doesn’t necessarily want to teach

  • A wellness professional ready to deepen your personal practice

At the end of this program, you’ll be awarded a Certified Yoga Practitioner credential by the American Yoga Council. For those who complete the course in its entirety and wish to learn to teach, an optional teaching mentorship is available.

More importantly?
You’ll leave with a devotional practice, a clarified sense of purpose, and tools for living yoga in all areas of your life.
