Barre incorporates the principles of Pilates, yoga, and dance into one invigorating class designed to tone, stretch, and strengthen the body. Utilizing hand weights, mats, and the ballet barre, this 60 minute class will target your arms, abs, thighs and backside to create lean muscle, while improving flexibility and balance. Pre-registration for our Barre classes in highly recommended. Due to the popularity of these classes, we recommend that you arrive no less than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class to ensure your space. Pre-registered spots will not be guaranteed for late arrivals.
PLEASE NOTE: Socks are required for every Barre Class.

This mixed level class will move at a fairly fast pace but will offer plenty of instructional cues and modifications.This all levels class will offer modifications but will move at a steady pace to shape, stretch and sculpt your body.
Lunch @ the Barre
Take a seat, lunch is served! This class is designed for the student looking for a productive lunch hour. Focus will be on alignment, positioning and creating a safe and effective workout to get you through the rest of your day.

This class is for students who have at least 5-10 level 1 or ALL LEVEL classes under their belt. The class will flow at a very steady pace and will challenge your cardio, strength and stamina!
This class is designed for students who have had the experience of at least 20 prior barre classes. It will challenge you to the core while toning, shaping and sculpting your entire body.
